Harassment or discrimination is neither part of student life, nor outside it. TIRO does not tolerate harassment, discrimination or inappropriate treatment in any form and promotes equality. TIRO adheres to the Student Union Tamko Code of Conduct, an ethical code of conduct that sets out principles and guidelines for equal opportunities. 

TIRO has dedicated harassment contacts who can be contacted at a low threshold if they encounter harassment. The harassment contacts are students who have been trained for this role and are there to support and advise students who are experiencing harassment. The work is completely confidential.
